| Join us for a star studded free event Saturday, December 19th! ! The fabulous live spinoff of the hit tv show with a purely San Francisco twist begins gearing up for another spectacular season next summer with this first in a series of auditions to set the cast of drag stars who will face off with professional ballroom dance partners for the coveted mirror ball trophy. The location is Trigger (2348 Market Street, San Francisco) from 8:30-10:30pm. Cheryl Burke herself acts as head judge for this mini-audition open to no more than five contestants, with “Dancing with the Drag Stars” co-hosts Donna Sachet and Patrik Gallineaux leading the way. Sister Roma and Sherri Burke round out the judging panel, and Season 1 runner-up Paju Munro making a special performance appearance with season 1 finalist Charisma Glittterati manning the Department of Fabulousness. Contestants are asked to prepare a brief performance between two and four minutes, and will be taught a very short partner dance routine by ballroom pros Jeff Chandler and Jeremy Babagay from the DWTDS season 1 cast. Come cheer on the competitors or become one yourself and possibly end up in the Cheryl Burke Dance ballroom next summer! No charge to attend this event.
